5 Stars! 28 Days / 15 Inches So the 28 day inch loss app is incredible it prompts you and motivates you to stick to your plan. Easy to use and intuitive. My results are incredible and far better than expected. Great app to use if you are starting out on weight loss and fitness as its all there in front of you.

5 Stars! 28 Days / 4 Inches I've been using kieran's app for & I've been really impressed with the results. I really love food and dislike exercise, so being healthy has always been a problem for me! However having a set calorie intake and short workouts to do each week has been very easy to follow. The program has made me more conscious of what I'm eating and has also made me drink more water. The workout videos were clear and kieran would check up on me to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend it!
